UK Delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour
- DHL Express Overnight Service: our next-day service is available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 12 noon.
European Delivery
We offer European shipping via DHL: 2-3 working days.
For orders sent to the EU, customs, duties, and local taxes may apply. As the importer of goods into the EU, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs, duties, and local taxes at the time of delivery.
Rest of the World
We offer global shipping via DHL: 3-5 working days.
For international orders, customs, duties, and local taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for paying these fees at the time of delivery.
Collection from Morgan
If you are local to our official Morgan merchandise shop in Malvern, or know you will be visiting soon, you are very welcome to put merchandise on hold.

Refunds and Currency Conversion
We are unable to control or reimburse any differences caused by exchange rates or external bank fees.
All refunds are processed for the amount originally received in GBP.
If your payment was made in a different currency, the refunded amount in your currency may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations or fees applied by your bank or card provider.
Any shipping costs charged at the time of purchase will be refunded only if applicable under our returns policy.
